Infineon negocia venta de Quimonda


    Infineon busca reducir su participación en la compañía, actualmente en el 77,5%, hasta un nivel bastante inferior al 50% antes de la próxima junta general del gigante alemán de tarjetas de memoria.

    FRANCFORT (Thomson Financial) - Infineon Technologies AG está manteniendo conversaciones sobre una posible venta de su atribulada filial Qimonda AG, según dijo hoy el consejero delegado Wolfgang Ziebart, sin ofrecer más detalles.

    Qimonda tuvo unas pérdidas de 598 millones de euros en el primer trimestre fiscal.
