Migo Software Announces Migo Mobile Media
Migo Software, Inc. (OTCBB:MIGO), a content sync pioneer and
global provider of content mobility software, today announced Migo
Mobile Media(TM), what the Company believes will be a breakthrough
software solution that dramatically simplifies the seamless
aggregation, mobilization and bi-directional syncing of digital media
and contacts between mobile phones and PCs.
"Migo Mobile Media solves a major problem for mobile phone
consumers -- getting media and contacts on and off the device. It also
makes it easier to organize and sync content obtained from the growing
number of online services now being integrated onto mobile phones,"
said Rob Halligan, chief operating officer for Migo Software. "Migo
Mobile Media represents a major milestone for Migo as it adds the
mobile phone and online services to Migo´s legacy PC-based sync
solution."
Halligan continued, "The product also addresses a major customer
issue for the Mobile Handset OEMs and Carriers and in the process
increases user satisfaction by truly opening mobile devices to a huge
online library of music, photo and video content services, as well as
content previously trapped on the PC."
Migo Mobile Media combines three core solutions - what the Company
believes to be a revolutionary content aggregation function, a fully
automated media converter and a sync engine with bi-directional
content transfer between the phone and PC - into one seamless,
lightweight application. The range of these state of the art patented
and patent-pending features include:

Breakthrough Content Aggregation
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Sync content located directly from within existing PC media
management applications, such as iTunes, Windows Media Player,
Picasa, Outlook Contacts and more. This compatibility with popular
media applications compliments, rather than replaces, a user´s
existing content organization structure, enabling them to
aggregate their entire media library from multiple applications
essentially creating a single super library of content that is
easily accessible, readily mobilized, and continually in sync.
Fully Automated Media Conversion
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Built-in intelligence auto-detects specific parameters of a mobile
phone connected to a PC. Using this information, Migo Mobile Media
automatically converts photos, music, videos, and contacts from
the PC into mobile phone compatible formats. This ensures the
highest and most optimal playback on mobile phones - all without
the user ever needing to figure out what content type is supported
on which phone.
State of the Art Content Sync Solution
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Migo´s patented sync engine seamlessly syncs photos, music
(including pre-authored playlists), videos and contacts between PC
and mobile phones. The unique two-way syncing ability also enables
users to automatically sync content from the mobile phones -
including a phone´s address book - to be their preferred folder or
application library (such as iTunes, Windows Media Player, or
Outlook Contacts) on the PC.

Migo Mobile Media supports Windows XP and Vista on PCs and Windows
Mobile 5.0 and greater, Symbian Series 60, Nokia Series 40, UIQ and
BREW phones. The product is also designed to support any mobile phone
or device with an external storage card slot - making it compatible
with mass market consumer phones as well as USB Flash Drives, SD
Cards, portable hard drives and media players.
Pricing and Availability -
MigoMobile Media is to be commercially available in the second
quarter of 2008 for an estimated retail price of $39.99. The product
will be on hand in North American retailers, as well as available
online at migosoftware.com and its affiliates. The product is also
available for licensing in specific pre-set or customizable
configurations by media type, mobile device and by the inclusion of
third party online content services, making it widely licensable to
Mobile Handset and PC OEMs, Carriers, and online content providers.
