ConceptWave´s Latest Order Management Software Release (R5) Bolsters User Interface Capabilities For Service Providers

solutions, today announced availability of the latest generation (R5)

ConceptWave Order Care(R) R5 is a highly configurable order
handling and product management platform that supports order capture,
end-to-end flow-through, order management and product lifecycle
management through a fully integrated J2EE-based product platform.

The R5 platform release focuses on the advanced user interface
capabilities that are increasingly being demanded by service providers
and their customers. ConceptWave has employed Google Web Toolkit
(GWT), AJAX and Web 2.0 to provide the flexibility, portability and
performance required in self-care and call center applications.

The main new feature of ConceptWave Order Care(R) R5 is the UI
Design Configurator that enables designers to "paint" the end-user
experience. ConceptWave Order Care(R) has always auto-generated a
generic UI form layout based upon metadata configuration. The new UI
Design Configurator enables further customization but retains the
advantages of an auto-generated user interface. With the incorporation
of AJAX, users may work on forms in production which will dynamically
generate a server response without initiating a page refresh. The UI
Design Toolkit is highly intuitive and requires minimal training to
learn.
