Ubidyne Announces a Joint Development Agreement with Andrew Wireless Solutions to Develop the Next Generation of Antennas with Integrated Radio Technology

Ubidyne, the leader in digital radio technology for the wireless
industry, announced today a Joint Development Agreement with Andrew
Wireless Solutions to design the next generation of base station
    antennas with embedded micro-radio technology.

Ubidyne´s patent pending technology is the first of its kind in
the wireless industry enabling a digital distributed architecture
comprised of unique algorithms and proprietary ASICs. This technology
allows for efficient, standards agnostic wideband transmission and
reception, and enables the complete integration of the active RF
    sub-system in a standard-size, fiber-fed, electronically-steerable,
    base station antenna.

"Ubidyne is breaking new ground in our industry with their
introduction of the very first digital radio system integrated within
the base station antenna," said Jim Bowen, Group Vice President and
General Manager, Base Station Antennas, Andrew Wireless Solutions. "We
are working together to continue to develop leading edge solutions for
the RF path for the wireless communications industry, long the focus
    of Andrew´s technology development."

"This integration will result in a revolutionary product with
tremendous improvements in coverage, performance and flexibility,"
commented Ken Hawk, CEO of Ubidyne. "We are pleased to announce our
partnership and we look forward to working closely with Andrew to
bring innovative solutions to their customer base."

    About Ubidyne:

Ubidyne is leading the industry in the development of digital,
antenna embedded radio technology for wireless telecommunications.
Ubidyne´s standards agnostic micro radio technology is integrated with
wireless antennas and revolutionizes the economics of mobile networks.
These integrated active antenna systems are compatible with current
and next generation standards; eliminate the need for large equipment
rooms, inefficient analog amplifiers and bulky equipment and cables on
antenna towers and masts. The uB technology significantly improves
performance, flexibility and coverage of mobile communications
equipment. Visit www.ubidyne.com for more information.
