U.S. finalizes $737 million loan aid to SolarReserve


    WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Energy Department on Wednesday said it has finalized a $737 million loan guarantee for a solar project sponsored by privately-held SolarReserve, LLC.

    The guarantee will support the development of a 110 megawatt concentrating solar power facility on federal lands about 14 miles northwest of Tonopah, Nevada.
