Equiteq Announces CDM´s Environmental Consulting M&A Deal with E3

Equiteq and its Australian partner Eaton Square are pleased to announce that their client CDM, the global consulting, engineering, construction and operations firm, has acquired E3 Consulting Australia Pty Ltd, an established environmental science and engineering consulting firm with offices in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, Australia. E3 specializes in environmental assessments, remediation, sustainability and coastal and water resources management for industry and government. The deal was completed on 31st August 2011.

Equiteq LLP and Eaton Square are merger and acquisition specialists providing strategic advisory and M&A transaction services to the consulting and professional services sector. Equiteq is retained by CDM to assist in its acquisitive growth through the identification of strategic opportunities. Eaton Square, Equiteq´s regional alliance partner for Asia Pacific, acted as lead advisor to CDM in the successful completion of this transaction.
