ACE adquiere filial de estadounidense AON por 2.400 mln usd en efectivo

    WASHINGTON (Thomson Financial) - El grupo de seguros ACE, de las Bermudas, anunció el lunes la adquisición de la totalidad del capital de Combined Insurance Company of America, de su competidor AON, por 2.400 millones de dólares en efectivo.
