Enfora Names Osmo Hautanen and Rob Schriesheim to Board of Directors


    Enfora today announced the appointment of two new members, Messrs.
    Osmo Hautanen and Rob Schriesheim, to its board of directors.

    "These are outstanding individuals who will further Enfora´s
    strategy and objectives within wireless networking," said Mark
    Weinzierl, Founder, Chief Executive Officer and President of Enfora.
    "Osmo and Rob bring to Enfora in-depth knowledge and many years of
    experience in the telecommunications business."

    Mr. Hautanen currently serves as CEO of Magnolia Broadband, a
    fabless semiconductor company that builds RF solutions for the
    cellular industry. Prior to joining Magnolia, he was CEO of Fenix,
    LLC, the holding company for Union Pacific Corporation´s extensive
    portfolio of technology assets. Mr. Hautanen has also served as CEO of
    Formus Communications, an international wireless communication
    company, and as President of Phillips Americas´ Consumer Communication
    Group. In addition, he was instrumental in building Nokia´s Personal
    Communications Services (PCS) division.

    Mr. Schriesheim currently serves as Executive Vice President and
    CFO of Lawson Software. He joined Lawson in May 2006 after serving as
    a venture and general partner at ARCH Development Partners, LLC, a
    seed stage venture capital fund. Mr. Schriesheim has also served as
    Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and CFO for Global
    Telesystems, and as Vice President of Global Corporate Development for
    both SBC Equity Partners and AC Nielsen.
