iFOREX Restores its Forex Trading Operations Following Court Decision

Following a recent ruling by the Budapest Metropolitan Court, iFOREX may now recommence providing financial services to clients from within Europe. The HSFA had previously suspended the operational license of iFOREX to offer foreign currency trading to EEA based clients however the latest court ruling has overturned this decision until the petition, filed by iFOREX against the HFSA´s decision, is finally resolved by the court. iFOREX is currently in preparation to resume its services and allow its clients to trade on its platform while providing them with the highest level of customer service. iFOREX will service clients from many major European locations and in several languages including Spanish, which can also be found at http://www.iforex.es

Following this latest court ruling from Budapest, iFOREX is fully permitted to operate within the EEA under its current license and this includes seeing the opening of new trade positions by existing clients.
