Jefferies Adds to European Financial Sponsors Coverage

Jefferies today announced the appointment of James Seagrave as a Managing Director in the firm´s Global Financial Sponsors Investment Banking Group. He will be based in the firm´s London office and will focus on coverage of UK based financial sponsors.

Mr. Seagrave brings to Jefferies 22 years of investment banking experience. He joins Jefferies from J.P. Morgan (and its predecessor Chase Manhattan), where he spent his entire career. While at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Seagrave spent seven years as a Managing Director in their Financial Sponsor Coverage Group and prior to that spent 10 years in their European Telecommunications and Media Investment Banking Group, including as Managing Director and Co-Head of the European Telecommunications Group. He received his BA from the University of Bristol in the UK.
