    IPsoft hosted an open house on the evening of Wednesday, October 10th
    with customers and partners to mark the opening of its Amsterdam
    office. Located in the prestigious Rembrandt Tower, the Amsterdam
    office will be led by industry veteran Rein Ledeboer, who will serve
    as Director of IPsoft Nederland B.V. Additionally, the Amsterdam
    facility will house a new Network Operating Center (NOC) to support
    IPsoft's managed IT services customers in Europe and around the world.
