Enfora Expands Its Offering Through Acquisition of Middleware Software Provider TeleM2M

Enfora announced today it has acquired the assets and employees of
privately held Intellimatics (DBA TeleM2M) of Dallas, TX. TeleM2M
provides middleware that easily integrates with enterprise software
and allows the management of wireless devices and communication
sessions. The TeleM2M middleware will complement and enhance Enfora's
existing offerings for asset management, remote monitoring and
    control, and location-based services.

"One of the biggest challenges our customers face is developing
the software that connects wireless devices to backend enterprise
software," said Jeff Newman, chief strategy officer at Enfora. "This
acquisition brings a talented team and strong software capability
in-house and allows us to provide expanded solutions to our
    customers."

The TeleM2M middleware solution reduces development time for
wireless applications by providing a consistent interface that enables
seamless integration of wireless devices with existing enterprise
software. By using this middleware, companies can focus on management
of their business assets without having to invest substantial
resources to address all of the inherent complexities of wireless
    networks and communication protocols.

Enfora branded solutions are expected to be available in Q4 2007.
