NYSE, D.Boerse to announce definitive pact Tuesday: source


    NEW YORK (Reuters) - NYSE Euronext and Deutsche Boerse AG are expected to announce a definitive agreement to merge on Tuesday, in a bid to create the world's largest exchange operator. a source familiar with the matter said on Monday.

    NYSE Euronext and Deutsche Boerse have agreed on major issues like the exact exchange ratio and the premium to be paid to NYSE in the deal, the source added.
