Convergys Appoints Ignacio Herrero y Saenz de Cabezon Sales Director of New Business in Southern Europe

Convergys Corporation (NYSE:CVG), a global leader in providing
customer care, human resources, and billing services, announces the
appointment of Ignacio Herrero y Saenz de Cabezon as Sales Director,
Southern Europe, for Convergys' Information Management business,
effective immediately.

In this position, Herrero y Saenz de Cabezon is responsible for
business development, principally targeting telecommunications and
media providers in Southern Europe. He is located in Madrid.

"Ignacio brings to Convergys extensive experience in a variety of
business development and sales roles, across consulting, systems
integration, and outsourcing, and a strong network of contacts within

Herrero y Saenz de Cabezon joins Convergys from Redknee where he
worked as Regional Sales Director for Southern Europe. He has also
held senior positions with AT&T Spain and Teradyne.

He holds BSC in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from
San Jose State University and a Masters in Business Administration
from the Instituto de la Empresa of Madrid.
