Passlogix Positioned in Leaders Quadrant for 2007 Enterprise Single Sign-On Magic Quadrant

Passlogix(R), Inc., developer of the widely adopted v-GO Sign-On
Platform for enterprise single sign-on (ESSO), announced today that it
has been positioned in the leaders quadrant in the "Magic Quadrant for
Enterprise Single Sign-On, 2007" report released by Gartner, Inc., on
August 30. The report evaluates 14 vendors that provide ESSO tools for
password management. The full report can be accessed from
    www.passlogix.com.

Quadrant positions were established based on each vendor's ability
to execute and completeness of vision. Criteria included the vendor's
product/service, overall viability, sales execution/pricing, market
responsiveness and track record, customer experience, market
understanding, sales strategy, offering/product strategy, business
model, vertical/industry strategy and geographic strategy.

The report defines leaders in the ESSO market as vendors that
"show a consistent ability to gain new customers in broad industries
and geographies, and at the higher end of the quadrant, have very good
to excellent customer references, products that easily or very easily
integrate with target systems, and a commitment to rapidly provide the
    product updates their customers want."

"This has been a strong year for Passlogix. We have secured major
new v-GO adoptions both through our channel partners and our reseller
agreements with IBM and Oracle, we reached an agreement with RSA that
will allow their ESSO customers to transition to v-GO as they phase
out RSA Sign-On Manager, and we sold our 6 millionth v-GO license.
That means that we nearly tripled our user base in one year," said
Marc Boroditsky, Passlogix president and CEO. "We consider our
positioning in Gartner's ESSO leaders quadrant to be a culmination of
our exclusive 11-year focus on single sign-on as well as our approach
to ESSO as a linchpin of the overall identity infrastructure."

ESSO products are designed to help enterprises reduce help desk
calls, administrative overhead, user inconvenience and potential
security breaches associated with the use of multiple application
passwords. They also support identity-related compliance initiatives.

The v-GO Sign-On Platform is built around v-GO SSO (v-GO Single
Sign-On(R)), which automatically and securely signs the user into any
number of Windows, mainframe or Web applications after a single
network logon without additional identification and authentication
processes. The platform also includes five add-on products that extend
v-GO's single sign-on capabilities to any form of strong
authentication and to kiosk environments; enable all identity
provisioning systems to automatically inject user credentials into
    v-GO SSO; permit self-service reset of forgotten Windows passwords;
and centralize management of strong authentication devices.

Enterprises frequently deploy v-GO before implementing identity
management or two-factor authentication because v-GO can go live
quickly and seamlessly integrate with all major identity management
systems as well as any combination of smart cards, badges, proximity
devices, tokens or biometrics. v-GO can be deployed on existing
servers without adding dedicated or proprietary hardware, scales to
support organizations of any size, and is used in enterprises around
the world with 6 million licenses sold.
