EA Showcases Top Titles at Leipzig Games Convention and Unveils FIFA 08 on the PLAYSTATION 3



    Electronic Arts Inc., (NASDAQ:ERTS) brings a showcase of premier
    titles this week to the Leipzig Games Convention. EA's line up
    reflects the priorities of the company's four Labels -- EA SPORTS(TM),
    EA Games, EA Casual Entertainment and The Sims(TM). The EA titles
    demonstrate game play innovation in core franchises on the Xbox
    360(TM) videogame and entertainment system and the PLAYSTATION(R)3
    computer entertainment system along with new categories of accessible
    games for more casual players on mobile phones, handheld devices and
    the Wii(TM) from Nintendo.

    ten new game properties launching this year along with consumers'

    At a press briefing today, EA unveiled EA SPORTS' FIFA 08 for the
    PLAYSTATION 3. The game delivers a football experience that matches
    the authenticity, finesse and beauty of the real-world sport. The FIFA
    08 next-gen gameplay engine, built to maximize the power of Xbox 360
    and PLAYSTATION 3 consoles, delivers animations and ball control so
    responsive players feel like they are on the pitch. FIFA 08 is the
    first football experience on the PLAYSTATION 3 in Europe this year.

    FIFA Street 3, in development at EA Canada for next generation
    consoles, will be shown in select behind closed doors sessions.

    The Leipzig Games Convention runs from August 22-26, 2007. The EA

    Army of Two(TM)

    EA Playground(TM)

    FIFA 08

    FIFA 08 for the Xbox 360 and PLAYSTATION 3 systems challenges

    football player to appear as a customized character in FIFA 08

    be able to delve into these issues in more depth than ever before. The
    computer game FIFA MANAGER 08 by EA SPORTS gives PC players the
    opportunity to lead their favourite club to international success,
    found their own club, or even become a national team manager. Players
    can manage almost every aspect of a club, from player transfers,
    stadium upgrading, dressing room chemistry and coaching, to the
    line-up of the team.

    FIFA MANAGER 08 contains the licensed, original coats of arms and
    data of clubs from 20 different countries. Each player contained in
    the game is individually rated using a scale of 43 skills. In all, 52
    leagues with the original players are included in the game.

    Hellgate: London(TM)
