Destinator Technologies Inc. Appoints Inder Duggal as Chief Corporate Officer and CFO

Destinator Technologies Inc. ("Destinator"), the leading
navigation software company, has appointed Inder Duggal as its Chief
Corporate Officer and CFO.

Inder brings three decades of strategic, financial and operational
experience to Destinator. Previously, he was Director on the Board and
CFO, Secretary and Treasurer of Hummingbird Ltd, a leading global
provider of enterprise software solutions. There, he played an
integral role in growing the business from 25 to over 1,400 employees
with over US$ 250 million in revenues and offices in more than 40
countries around the world. He was with the Company for over 14 years
and during this time, he managed numerous acquisitions and
divestitures, four public offerings on Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock
Exchange and played a key role in the recent successful acquisition of
the company.

Before Hummingbird, Inder spent nine years with a French bank,
where he was responsible for international banking and financial
controls and reporting. Prior to that, he worked for a Tata company in
India.

He becomes a member of Destinator's executive management team,
succeeding Bill Kertes who has retired.
