Ecuador's Correa says he was attacked by protesters


    QUITO (Reuters) - Ecuador's President Rafael Correa said he was attacked by protesters on Thursday and needed medical treatment.

    Speaking in a telephone interview broadcast by local media, he accused some police protesters of conspiracy and treason.
