Free copies of the innovative SpiderMonkey taxonomy editor announced by CoreFiling at the 15th XBRL International Conference in Munich.

CoreFiling continued to demonstrate its commitment to the global
business reporting community by announcing the free Personal Version
of SpiderMonkey. This is a single-user version of the company's
enterprise-class taxonomy development platform, used to define
reporting terms for business reports using the eXtensible Business
    Reporting Language.

The Enterprise Version, providing true multi-user capabilities for
collaborative taxonomy development, was announced in December 2006 and
is already in use within some of the largest XBRL projects in the
world. The Personal Version, which is being offered with a free
licence, is intended to accelerate the development of high quality
taxonomies and transfer knowledge about XBRL design to a much broader
    community.

"CoreFiling is committed to the widespread adoption of XBRL,
globally. This announcement forms part of our ongoing efforts to help
business people understand the benefits of interactive data and
technologists to understand how to leverage this powerful standard in
their own environments" commented John Turner, CoreFiling CEO.

"This is a fully-featured application with a user interface
designed with accountants and financial analysts in mind, not just the
XBRL technorati. You can use it to extend taxonomies as part of the
voluntary filing programs for financial disclosure amongst companies
in the United States and Canada."

Customers already taking advantage of the flexibility and power of
SpiderMonkey's unique multi-user capabilities include a major Wall
Street investment banking firm and NTP, the Netherlands Taxonomy
Project, sponsored by the Dutch Ministry of Finance.

CoreFiling will be demonstrating the power and flexibility of the
Personal and Enterprise versions of SpiderMonkey at the 15th XBRL
International Conference, taking place in Munich from 3rd to 7th June.
Downloadable versions of the Personal Version will be available from
4th June. Potential users should request a 'no strings attached' free
copy of the Personal version from the CoreFiling website at
