Moody's Corporation to Webcast 2007 Investor Day



    Moody's Corporation (NYSE: MCO), announced that it will be holding
    its 2007 Investor Day conference on Tuesday, June 5, 2007, at the
    Waldorf=Astoria in New York City.

    The event will take place from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Eastern Time)
    and will feature presentations by members of Moody's management team.
