Bernanke to testify at House budget hearing Wednesday


    WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke will testify before the House Budget Committee on Wednesday, the Federal Reserve announced on Friday.

    Bernanke will speak about economic and financial conditions, and the federal budget at a 10 a.m. EDT hearing titled "State of the Economy: View from the Federal Reserve."
