Arcelor Mittal venderá su 25% en Severgal a Severstal

    LONDRES (Thomson Financial) - Arcelor Mittal informó de que venderá su 25% en la joint venture Severgal a la primera acerera en Rusia Severstal, que ya tiene el 75%.

    Arcelor Mittal dijo que ha terminado su acuerdo de licencia con Severgal por Extragal, un acero especial para automóviles.

    Sin embargo, dijo que continuará como agente no exclusivo para otros productos de Severgal.
