NH- Grande Jolly controla el 83,106% del capital de Jolly Hotels tras opa


    Grande Jolly, que ya poseía en torno al 75% de Jolly Hotels, presentó en febrero una opa de 25 euros por acción para hacerse por el 25,53% que no poseía.

    MADRID (Thomson Financial) - Grande Jolly, el consorcio formado por NH Italia, Joker Partecipazioni e Intesa Sanpaolo, anunció que controla el 83,106% de Jolly Hotels una vez culminada la opa, según un comunicado de NH Hoteles.
