CVC Partners interesado por Altadis Fuentes
PARÃS (Thomson Financial) - El fondo de inversión CVC Capital Partners está interesado en el grupo Altadis, que rechazó el martes una oferta informal mejorada de Imperial Tobacco a 47 euros por acción, según indican fuentes cercanas al proceso.
