KANTAR ANNOUNCES KEY MANAGEMENT CHANGES AT MILLWARD BROWN

Campbell Assumes CEO Role and Meyers Moves to Chairman

London, April 11, 2007 -- Today, Eric Salama, Chief Executive
Officer of Kantar, announces key management changes at Millward Brown.
Effective immediately, current Millward Brown Chairman & CEO, Bob
Meyers, will turn Chief Executive Officer duties over to Eileen
Campbell. Meyers will remain Chairman for the balance of 2007. Mr.
Meyers has lead Millward Brown for the past 10 years, during which the
company has experienced tremendous success. Ms. Campbell currently
serves as Millward Brown's President of Global Development. She joined
the firm in 2000 as Chief Executive Officer of the company's North
    American business unit.

According to Salama, this announcement fills him with a mixture of
both joy and sadness. About Ms. Campbell's appointment, he says, "I'm
delighted that Eileen will be taking over as CEO of Millward Brown.
She has a great track record in growing client relationships,
developing talent and building new capabilities; she knows our
industry inside out and knows the importance of each part of the
jigsaw that goes to make up a great offer; and she has got a sense of
what is special about Millward Brown and how the company needs to
adapt for the future. Her energy, sense of direction and talent are
huge and just what MB needs at this point in time."

But his enthusiasm about Campbell's appointment is tempered by
sadness at Meyers' departure as CEO. According to Salama, "Bob Meyers
has been a superb CEO and as good a colleague as you could hope to
find. Under his leadership MB has innovated and widened its offer,
globalised and become a magnet for top talent. In many ways MB is the
benchmark for our industry. As a colleague he has been totally
dependable, open to change, and fair - everything you would want in a
    CEO."

The transition from Meyers to Campbell will begin now and be
completed by Q3. Mr. Meyers will remain Chairman until year-end and is
in active discussions with Mr. Salama about other roles within Kantar.
According to Salama, "I very much hope that we will benefit from Bob's
talent for many years to come".
