Fox Affiliate TV Station KOKI Launches FOX23 Mobile Using U-Turn Media Group Technology

U-Turn Media Group, a company offering innovative end-to-end
solutions for interactive mobile media, announced today that it will
deploy an interactive mobile portal for FOX23 (KOKI). The portal will
allow users to get local video or text stories sent to their cell
phone or PDA free of charge. FOX23 Mobile will offer the top news
stories of the day, breaking news, breaking weather, sports,
entertainment and business stories without a cost to the user. The
announcement was made today by Jim Walz, President, North America,
U-Turn, and Craig Millar, Senior Vice President & General Manager,
    FOX23.

FOX23 Mobile will be available across multiple US carriers
beginning in April 2007. The content will be produced in an on-demand
format utilizing U-Turn's mobile media delivery technology. U-Turn
technology combines an easy-to-use content management tool that
enables dynamic management of large quantities of multimedia content
and allows for real-time updates, coupled with a dynamic and
    compelling mobile portal.

Viewers log on to www.FOX23.com and click on the FOX23 Mobile icon
to sign up for free. After signing up, the user is sent an SMS message
that auto-configures the phone and triggers the commencement of the
    service.

"We know on-demand information is what our viewers want, and we've
responded. FOX23 continues to lead the market with free, user-friendly
services such as FOX23 Mobile, so viewers can be informed anytime,
    anywhere," said Mr. Millar.

FOX23 is tracking user behaviour within the portal via U-Turn's
built-in reporting feature. Consumer statistics such as the average
length of time spent in the portal, most popular content being
accessed, the average length of download or stream per day and number
of daily "hits" to the portal is just some of the information that is
being used to monitor user behaviour.

"U-Turn is providing FOX23 with a platform to connect with their
viewers on a very personal basis and at almost any time," said Mr.
Walz. "FOX23 viewers are now able to get fast and reliable access to
local news and information direct to their mobile handset. Through our
unique technology, we are able to provide clients like FOX23 with a
way to further utilize their content and deliver via their own branded
    mobile portal," he added.

U-Turn technology has already been successfully deployed by
several TV broadcasters in the US, such as WISC and WKMG, ZeeTV in
India, and TV Nova in Europe.
