BPVN compra a Cattolica su 50% en joint venture de bancaseguro por 64,18 mln


    BPVN y Popolare Italiana, fusionadas recientemente, presentarán hoy sus respectivos resultados de 2006.

    MILAN (AFX-España) - Banco Popolare di Verona e Novara ha ejecutado su opción para comprar el 50% de Cattolica Assicurazioni en su joint venture de bancaseguro, BPV Vita, por 64,18 millones de euros.
