Netezza Corporation Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering



    Netezza Corporation today announced it has filed a registration
    statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission
    relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock.

    Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co.
    Incorporated will act as joint book-running managers for the offering
    with Needham & Company and Thomas Weisel Partners acting as
    co-managers. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for
    the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

    A registration statement relating to these securities has been
    filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet
