China vows to keep "hot money" out of property market


    BEIJING (Reuters) - China's cabinet, the State Council, vowed to stop foreign speculative investment affecting China's property market, according to a policy announcement issued on Sunday.

    It also said the central bank and banking regulator should step up oversight of property loans.
