Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Announces Results of Highly Successful Implementation of Closed Loop Marketing at 2007 EyeforPharma Sales Force Effectiveness Conference
In a continued commitment to providing critical and timely
clinical information to health care providers, Wyeth United Kingdom
today announced the results of their successful deployment of
Proscape's Closed Loop Marketing platform to their sales teams in
support of 11 Wyeth brands. The Wyeth Closed Loop Marketing system is
a critical initiative that enables Wyeth to leverage their customer
segmentation model in order to provide sound, clinical information in
a highly compliant manner to their customers. The results of the
program were announced at the 2007 annual EyeforPharma Sales Force
Effectiveness Conference.
Physician reaction to Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) platform has
been measurable and very positive:
-- 33% of physicians who would not normally see a pharmaceutical
sales representative have been more likely to see a Wyeth
representative equipped with their CLM system.
-- 65% of physicians have stated that their experience working
with Wyeth provides high quality interactions that are
preferred over traditional "detailing methods."
-- 72% of physicians stated that the overall experience creates
more value for the physician and therefore their patients.
The benefits realized by Wyeth in the UK have led to the expansion
of their Proscape system in the Italian and German markets.
