Fortis rehúsa comentar noticia sobre incremento de participación en BCP

'No comentamos este tipo de noticias, declaró una portavoz del grupo.

BRUSELAS (AFX-España) - El grupo de bancaseguros holandés Fortis NV declinó comentar la noticia según la cual estaría estudiando incrementar su participación en su colega portugués Banco Comercial Portugues (BCP) en un 4,6% adicional.

Fortis, que actualmente posee actualmente un 4,99% en BCP, estaría interesado en adquirir el 4,6% que Banco Popolare Italiana (BPI) ostenta en BCP, según publica el diario belga De Tijd citando al rotativo portugués Expresso.
