OutlookSoft Has Record Year on All Fronts; Sees Strong Forecast for 2007

OutlookSoft Corporation today announced that 2006 was a record
year with 25% growth fueled by three strategic fronts: revenue,
customers and product. In the quarter ended December 2006, the
performance management provider increased revenues 40% over the same
period the previous year. OutlookSoft believes the 2006 achievements
of 175 net-new customers and the delivery of OutlookSoft 5, the only
unified performance management platform available today, are strong
indicators that the company will continue as the clear market leader
    in 2007.

OutlookSoft CEO Phil Wilmington perceives 2006 as more than an
inflection point for the company moving forward. "2006 was the year
OutlookSoft proved that commitment to customers and product innovation
guarantees success. OutlookSoft 5 was a 'game changing' release for
us. It exemplified our long standing commitment to a single unified
platform with critical functionality that other vendors have only
recently discovered they need to claim status as a true performance
management player. Delivery of innovative technology is at the heart
of our corporate strategy because it is consistent with what our
customers and partners need to be successful in their organizations.
The direct result is one of the best years in OutlookSoft history."

OutlookSoft 5 is the first performance management product to offer
predictive analytics and actionable reporting and analysis as part of
every user's desktop. It is also the first product to deliver Business
Process Flows (BPFs) as part of performance management. Performance
management processes are distinctly different from workflow or managed
business processes. OutlookSoft 5's unique BPFs are structured
processes that span multiple groups, deliverables, and activities and
provide measurable value to performance management initiatives and
facilitate rapid expansion beyond the finance organization into the
    day-to-day operations of an organization.

"The increasing demand for accurate, timely and detailed
information within our business meant that we needed to find an
adaptable and unified reporting solution. We wanted to encourage local
access and accountability as well as provide group management with the
information required to monitor the effectiveness of the whole
organization," said Cliff Baty, group financial controller at
Ladbrokes in the United Kingdom. "OutlookSoft is the only vendor that
can provide a single performance management solution."

OutlookSoft new customers for 2006 included: California State
Compensation Insurance Fund, CH2M HILL, Edison Properties, Integra
Life Sciences, Jeffries, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, Live Nation,
Natuzzi, Nautilus, Pro-Build Holdings, Public Storage, Red Lion
Hotels, The Sharper Image, TIAA-CREF, and WebTrends. Existing
customers American Medical Response, Bell Microproducts, Broadcom,
Chevron, E.&J. Gallo, Esco Corporation, Flextronics International,
Kyocera Wireless, and MediaNews Group extended the value of their
OutlookSoft investments through migration to OutlookSoft 5 and/or
    partnering with OutlookSoft professional services.

    OutlookSoft 2006 business highlights include:

-- OutlookSoft 5 global adoption rates drove a record number of
six figure deals including large deals in the UK, France,
    Japan and the U.S.

-- OutlookSoft announced in October the successful emergence from
a patent lawsuit with Hyperion Solutions.

-- OutlookSoft expanded its customer base to more than 600
    customers with 175 net-new customers in 2006.

-- OutlookSoft announced its position in the Visionaries quadrant
of Gartner's 2006 Magic Quadrant for CPM Suites.

-- OutlookSoft received a top five ranking in the Deloitte's
Connecticut Technology Fast 50 and a top 25% ranking of
    Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 list for 2006.

For 2007, OutlookSoft will continue its focus on strong growth,
successful customer implementations and product innovation.
OutlookSoft 5 established an industry foundation for expanding
performance management functionality and opened new avenues for
purchase and adoption within a broad spectrum of organizations.
OutlookSoft 5 generated immediate revenue results in 2006, including
customer migration, and OutlookSoft anticipates that trend growing
    throughout 2007.

The release of OutlookSoft 5 has given the company a 12-to-18
month technological head start over its closest performance management
competitors. "Delivering the right solutions to meet the expectations
of our customers is the enabler behind our current and future growth,"
states Wilmington. "Because of our commitment to deliver innovation,
I'm confident 2007 will again see record results."
