Ferrovial vende 20,9% de aeropuerto Sydney a Macquarie por unos 607 mln eur

Ferrovial tenía de plazo hasta el 31 de marzo para ejercer su opción de venta de su participación en el aeródromo australiano a Macquarie.

MADRID (AFX-España) - Grupo Ferrovial SA ha vendido el 20,9% del aeropuerto de Sydney que ostentaba su filial Ferrovial Infraestructuras a Macquarie Airports (MAp) por unos 607 millones de euros, informa la compañía en un hecho relevante.
