AIG says Primus wins bid for its Taiwan unit


    TAIPEI (Reuters) - Primus Financial has won the bid to buy the entire 97.57 percent stake of AIG's Taiwan insurance unit Nan Shan Life in a deal worth $2.15 billion, the companies said on Tuesday.

    Primus and AIG are due to hold a news conference at 0600 GMT, they said.
