SK Telecom to Develop Next-Generation Content Delivery Services Using Digital Fountain's DF Raptor(TM) Solution



    Digital Fountain Inc. today announced that it has licensed its DF
    Raptor software solution to SK Telecom, the largest mobile operator in
    Korea. SK Telecom will develop its next-generation of MBMS, BCMCS, and
    S-DMB content delivery services using DF Raptor(TM). DF Raptor
    increases transmission efficiency to enable the delivery of more
    content over a broader geographic range to increase ARPU potential
    while lowering costs.

    DF Raptor has been adopted as a standard for the 3rd Generation

    Broadcasting-Handheld) wireless networks.
