MPR Services, Inc. Announces Personnel Changes

Dennis K. Nelsen, vice president of sales and marketing, MPR
Services, Inc. (MPR) announced today the following promotions within
the company.

Peter D. Gonzalez, account manager, has been promoted to Manager
of Sales, Central and South America. In addition to these geographic
areas Gonzalez will have lead market development efforts in Mexico,
the Caribbean and portions of Texas and Southern California. He has
been with MPR since 1998 and has served in several capacities. He will
continue residing in Texas and may be contacted at

Sjaak van Veelen, account manager, has been promoted to Manager of
Sales and Marketing EMEA. van Veelen will be responsible for sales
development and marketing in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He
has been with MPR since 2003. He will continue residing in
Vlaardingen, The Netherlands and may be contacted at
SvVeelen@tkinet.com.

Gonzalez and van Veelen will continue reporting to Nelsen, vice
president of sales and marketing.

MPR Services, Inc., Dickinson, Texas, provides technologically
advanced equipment, processes and analytical services for cleaning and
recovery of amine and glycol solutions used in oil refining, gas
processing, ammonia production, and steel manufacturing.
