Realm Business Solutions Acquires Tree Software and Consulting Inc. (treeSoft)

Realm Business Solutions, the global leader in providing solutions
that service the commercial real estate lifecycle, today announced the
acquisition of Tree Software and Consulting Inc. (treeSoft)

This announcement comes at the finish of an exciting year in which
the company was recapitalized, restructured and embarked on its new
journey towards global leadership in the commercial real estate
industry. Realm also recently merged with Circle Software Solutions in
the UK in December of 2006.

According to Mark Kingston, Realm's president and CEO, the result
of these efforts can be summed up quite succinctly, the newly combined
    organization is:

One company servicing one global market: "Commercial real estate
is the only vertical we operate in. Commercial real estate is our
lifeblood and we have spent the last two and a half years connecting
with this market in an effort to take on the character of a market
leader whose products are woven deeply into the fabric of this
    market," says Kingston.

One company providing many solutions: "With the market's need for
consistency, transparency and efficiency always at the forefront; the
Circle and treeSoft transactions have added solutions and services to
Realm's product suite that address nearly every aspect of the
    commercial real estate lifecycle."

"From dirt to disposition, we are there to automate every task in
commercial real estate," explains Kingston. Realm's existing products
address crucial real estate analytical processes such as development
feasibility, asset valuation, property management, lease automation,
portfolio management, reporting and web collaboration.

"treeSoft has a world-class commercial real estate services and
technology business," adds Kingston, "as well as a capable suite of
products designed for the brokerage industry. This acquisition
significantly enhances our ability to address the reporting and
analysis needs of major commercial real estate enterprises and is yet
another step in designing a company that will enable commercial real
estate to reach its destiny as a sophisticated and metrics-rich asset
    class."

One company striving for global interoperability: As the world of
commercial real estate continues to shrink, Kingston says Realm's
solutions will provide a common language and platform while still
    conforming to local methodologies.

The plan, he explains, is to evolve the current product suite as
well as develop additional products that will further connect the
industry in terms of workflow, data, languages and procedures, which
in turn will provide the industry with unimaginable productivity and
    access to transactions and markets.

Based outside Philadelphia, treeSoft has operated as the
pre-eminent consulting services provider for real estate financial
analysis within the US and around the world for the past twenty years.
During the past seven years, treeSoft has expanded beyond its role as
a service and custom application provider to embrace product
development. The company has created a well defined product
architecture and application development methodology based on years of
experience in analyzing and improving clients' real estate lease,
property and portfolio data management business processes.

"The combination of the companies is completely complementary from
a product, and personnel perspective," says Barry Tuman, CEO and
founder of treeSoft. "Realm and treeSoft have had a long and
cooperative relationship over the past few years, and the opportunity
to combine the deep intellectual resources of our two organizations
was too good to pass up."

This transaction was completed with assistance from Realm's
private equity partners, Insight Venture Partners and Lightyear
Capital. The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

All Realm and Circle products including ARGUS, DYNA, BUDGET, CTI,
INSIGHT, LEASE, Circle Developer, Circle Budget, Circle Multiview,
Visual Investor, Circle Data Center, TenantRep, OwnerRep, LeaseBuy,
CashFlow Analysis, ForecastPlus, Sensitivity Analysis and AssetMgmt
System will continue to be developed and supported by the
organization's new global team. The combined company will now have
offices in the following cities: London, Houston, Vancouver, Sydney,
