Acciona quiere que E.On eleve su oferta por Endesa a más de 40 euros -Prensa


    Acciona tiene en torno a un 21% de Endesa y ha anunciado que alcanzará el 24,9% próximamente.

    FRANKFURT (AFX-España) - Acciona SA quiere que el grupo alemán E.ON AG eleve su oferta por Endesa SA a más de 40 euros por acción desde los 35 actuales, según fuentes cercanas al grupo constructor y energético dijeron al diario alemán Handelsblatt.
