Gazprom toma el control del proyecto Sajalin-2 por 7.450 mln usd

    LONDRES (AFX-España) - El gigante del gas ruso Gazprom se convertirá en accionista mayoritario del proyecto Sajalin-2, con una participación de 50% más una acción, que tomará por un importe de 7.450 millones de dólares, anunció la compañía Shell el jueves.
