Deonanan Named UK and Ireland Regional Manager



    Kim Deonanan has been named UK and Ireland regional manager for
    Business Wire, it was announced today by Dick Bromley, the company's
    European sales director.

    Deonanan started with Business Wire in February 2002 as an account
    executive, moving up to senior account executive, and then was
    appointed UK sales manager in 2004. She is responsible for motivating
    the sales team, increasing revenue within territories covered, and
    working to enhance market and industry awareness of the company.

    In her new role she will continue to be responsible for sales and
    supporting the sales team but now with the additional responsibility
    of editorial and administrative operations in the London office. This
    role also encompass working closely with the Financial Times on the
    recent partnership to develop this area of the business throughout
    2007 plus working with relevant departments to ensure smooth rollout
    to clients of TOD in January.

    Prior to joining Business Wire, Deonanan spent more than six years
    working within the newspaper industry, four years for a global trading
    company and 10 years in the financial and public relations sales
    environment.
