Corus- Tata Steel y CSN tienen hasta el 30 de enero para mejorar sus ofertas

    LONDRES (AFX-España) - La india Tata Steel Ltd y la brasileña Companhia Siderurgica Nacional tienen hasta el 30 de enero para mejorar sus ofertas por Corus Group PLC, según la fecha fijada por la autoridad de competencia de Reino Unido, el Takeover Panel.
