Paris 8: Lasalle Investment Management Acquires 3 Rue De La Boetie From SFL for EUR 53.25 million

SFL (Paris:FLY) has sold the property located at 3 rue de la
Boetie in the 8th arrondissement of Paris to a fund managed by Lasalle
Investment Management for EUR 53.25 million excluding transfer costs.
Comprising 6 265 square metres of offices, retail units and
apartments, the property generated annual rental revenue of some EUR
2.15 million in 2006, or an average of EUR 430 /m(2) for the office
space.

The seller was advised by Knight Franck and Atisreal, Oudot &
Associes Notaires and Lefevre Pelletier & Associes.

The buyer was advised by the Notarial office Chevreux.
