Wipro Technologies to Build Core Business Applications for ITV, UK's Largest Commercial Broadcaster



    Wipro Technologies, the global services business of Wipro Limited
    (NYSE: WIT) today announced a strategic engagement with ITV plc,. ITV
    is the largest company in the UK commercial television sector and one
    of Europe's biggest programme producers. ITV owns eleven major ITV
    regional licenses - Granada TV, LWT, Carlton TV, Central, WestCountry,
    HTV, Yorkshire TV, Tyne Tees TV, Meridian Broadcasting, Anglia TV and

    slotting of advertisements through a robust optimisation engine. Some
