Astroc formaliza compra de Rayet acompañada de Sedesa


    La inmobiliaria presidida por Enrique Bañuelos ha decidido realizar la operación junto con Sedesa División Inmobiliaria, que ostentará ese 4% adicional.

    MADRID (AFX-España) - Astroc Mediterráneo SA ha suscrito el contrato de compraventa del Grupo Rayet tras obtener la autorización pertinente, aunque en lugar del 60% anunciado previamente comprará un 56%, informa la compañía en un comunicado.
