Moody's Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend



    The Board of Directors of Moody's Corporation (NYSE: MCO) has
    approved a 14% increase in the Company's regular quarterly cash
    dividend payable March 10, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close
    of business on February 20, 2007. The quarterly dividend will be
    increased to 8 cents per share from the previous level of 7 cents per
    share.
