Movistar Argentina Chooses BrainMedia to Offer Full-Track Music Streaming/Downloads

BrainMedia, the leading provider of an end-to-end, OTA delivery,
mobile music solution, in partnership with Mobile Streams, the mobile
production service provider, announced today that it has provided its
'Linked Mobile Media Distribution Platform" as part of Movistar
Argentina launch of its full-track music streaming/download service
    late last month.

    Movistar's, Argentina's largest network carrier's 10 million-plus
subscribers, will be the first to benefit from this cutting edge
solution that will enable mobile users to download or stream white
    label full-track music.

The full-track music steaming/download application was developed
for Movistar by BrainMedia in partnership with Mobile Streams. The
application is a Symbian and Java, cross-platform, full-track, global
mobile streaming/downloading platform. This is the first solution of
its kind for the mobile market and provides a fully flexible, low
    bitrate service.

"We are delighted to have been part of the launching of this
service with Movistar Argentina and look forward to cooperating with
other Movistar's sister companies to roll out this advanced solution
in the coming months," added Jim Herbert, CEO of Brain Media.

    About BrainMedia

BrainMedia's expertise lie in its engineering and telecom
professionals who are dedicated to revolutionizing digital audio
compression and delivery. With offices in Europe, New York and
Maryland and representation in Latin America and China which support
its MovnMusic and Music-Hookup projects, BrainMedia offers the
industry's highest-quality, fully flexible and most reliable mobile
    streaming/downloading audio solutions.

BrainMedia's "Linked Mobile Media Distribution Platform" is
    today's only seamless on-deck and off-deck solution for end-to-end
one-stop delivery of music via mobile networks. BM's author, server,
player and compression technology together ensure a product-rich
mobile media experience on the largest installed base of mobile phones
    currently in the market.

The foundation of the Linked Distribution Platform is BrainMedia's
revolutionary Neural Encoding Model(TM) (NEM) codec. The NEM codec is
the first audio compression software based on state-of-the-art
neurological models of hearing, rather than the legacy psychoacoustic
model. With BrainMedia's new fully automated encoding center located
in Washington County Maryland, BrainMedia's NEM codec enables you to
create near CD-quality audio content at the lowest bit-rate available
for all wireless technologies currently deployed. Each module in the
Linked Distribution Platform has been designed to take full advantage
    of BrainMedia's patented codec.

By ensuring a high level of operational stability and the most
efficient bitrate utilization, the platform establishes the foundation
for success and profitability: reduced costs and enhanced
    opportunities for revenue growth.
