Rank venderá Hard Rock por 965 mln usd a tribu Seminola de Florida

    LONDRES (AFX-España) - Rank Group PLC ha acordado la venta de Hard Rock a la tribu Seminola de Florida por 965 millones de dólares, y devolverá 350 millones de libras a los accionistas (unos 65 peniques por acción) mediante el pago de un dividendo especial.
