Abertis no tiene previsto abandonar proyecto de fusión con Autostrade


    Una portavoz de Abertis dijo a AFX News: 'Mientras haya modificaciones (al texto original de la nueva ley), Abertis considera que el tema puede llegar a buen fin y no abandonará el proyecto'.

    MADRID (AFX-España) - Abertis Infraestructuras SA ha comunicado que no tiene previsto abandonar su proyecto de fusión con la italiana Autostrade SPA pese a la incertidumbre sobre los planes del Gobierno italiano de revisar las tarifas y las concesiones de autopistas.
