SBI Launches An After Hours Trading System, To Commence Operations Early 2007

SBI Holdings, Inc.("SBI"), CEO Yoshitaka Kitao, announced today
that SBI will be launching a neutral PTS licensed securities broker,
to improve convenience in the equity market for local investors. The
PTS broker will commence operations early next year.

On 30th November 2006, SBI Japannext Co.,Ltd. ("SBIJ"), a fully
owned subsidiary of SBI, signed a "Managed Services Agreement"
contract with Atos Euronext Market Solutions ("AEMS") to use their
trading platform. The system licensed by AEMS is the latest Linux
based version of NSC, and is currently used by the Euronext Group and
    several other leading global exchanges.

SBIJ, currently owned 100% by SBI, will open its capital to
participant brokers and members. The necessary process for registering
as a broker dealer and obtaining the PTS license has already started.
The intention is to operate the PTS in the evening, out of normal
market hours. Online brokers and regular broker dealers will
participate in the PTS with a view to secure fair and neutral prices
for their customers. The market data will be distributed by a couple
    of major vendors.

SBIJ will work closely with AEMS to enhance the platform so that
it is compliant with local regulatory requirements. "Partnering with
AEMS gives us access to a proven, scalable trading system and will
allow us to bring innovation to the Japanese equity market in a very
short timeframe." says Yoshitaka Kitao, CEO of SBI Holdings,
    Inc.("SBI").

"Providing SBI with our 'best in class' trading platform is a key
milestone in the development of our presence in the Japanese market,
where we already supply our derivatives trading platform to TFX. We
feel privileged to have been selected as SBI's vendor of choice." says
    Jean-Marc Bouhelier, CEO of AEMS.

"This partnership will continue to expand AEMS' presence as a key
supplier of technology services to exchanges in Asia." says Jessie
    Pak, AEMS Head of Asia.

About Atos Euronext Market Solutions (AEMS)

AEMS is the leading global provider of technology solutions for
exchanges, clearing houses, banks, brokers, and intermediaries.

AEMS was created by two industry leaders - Atos Origin and
Euronext - who combined their interests to focus on providing
technology exclusively for financial markets. By taking the people,
assets, and technology from both of these organisations and bringing
them together into a single, independent company, the opportunity for
real leadership in this sector was created.

As market leaders, we value the insight of our clients and as
their technology requirements develop, we collaborate to find the most
suitable product solutions for their needs.

We serve global markets throughout the trading process - banks,
brokers, asset managers and intermediaries; exchanges; clearing houses
    and CSDs.

We employ 1,300 industry experts worldwide and have offices in
London, Paris, Chicago, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Brussels.
