Rohm CEO says no settlement with Dow Chemical yet


    GEORGETOWN, Delaware (Reuters) - Rohm and Haas Co Chief Executive Raj Gupta said his company has not yet reached a settlement with Dow Chemical Co over Dow's soured takeover of Rohm.

    Walking out of the courtroom on Monday afternoon, Gupta said that no agreement had been reached yet.
